THe design is for The Lila Project, a social enterprise aimed at the redistribution of wealth via compassionate trade. We want to convey the attitude of a NEW WAY of doing business, a way that has sustainability, love and ethics at the heart of it. Too often we buy off multinationals, who in turn use their profits in irresponsible ways. Everything we source has LOVE at the heart of it. Everything is handmade, sustainabally produced and has a story behind it, that connects us with an individual. We buy at the wholesale price we are given, so the maximum benefit can be enjoyed by those creating the products, rather than having them exploited. All our profit goes back into social projects and we receive the very minimum of income in order to ensure we share and can give back via resources.
The logo must be exquisitely beautiful, in the style of the Cosmos, very curved with no linear. We like the spirals of the universe and flower mandalas.
