Describe who/what this design is about

We have developed the Number Success over a period of 15 years - The logo now seems outdated. We want a fresh look but need to keep the globe element in it if possible. I have attached a cover of one of the workbooks and also the psd of the globe. Feel free to be creative in placing a portion of the globe or all in your design. Need to look current.

We want to keep the height at a minimum - consider using half of the globe. Need to be more horizontal than vertical - Wastes to much space on the web design!!!!
