Describe who/what this design is about

We specialize in the buying/selling of small to mid-size apartment buildings of 2-33 units only. We don't do houses, condos, office buildings, and/or large apartment buildings of 40+ units. We want to convey exclusivity, specialty, specialize service, for example, if you have issues with your heart's veins and arteries you go see a vascular surgeon not a general doctor or even a general cardiologist. But a vascular surgeon who is the veins/arteries specialist. Same with us we're the apartment specialist.
