Describe who/what this design is about

I want the logo design to be, professional but a bit rustic. I also want it to be Traditional to the baking we do. I want it to be catchy and stand out well from a distance. It will be used on the front of a artisan bakery entrance. Also on business cards etc, so it needs to stand out. We are a rustic bakery close to the beach, we do a lot of wholesaling. We make lots of artisan breads and pastries. So the logo needs to tie in with our theme.

The Logo needs to have a rustic feel, it needs to show that it is still modern. The colours need to stand out with the typography. It needs to look good on a banner also, as it will be used for the entrance of the bakery. The baking we do, is rustic and all made from scratch, all hand done. The bakery is situated near the beach out in the country so it needs to fit in this it's surroundings. Also I want the fonts to be creative and not standard or too simple. I don't want the logo to be too simple. I also want it to look professional, earthy and neat. Cheers. Reagrds, Rick.
