This logo is for a company called Multifamily Asset Managers also known by its initials, MAM. MAM is a government contractor, performing asset management duties for the Department of Housing and Urban Development under the Section 8 Performance Based Contract Administration program.
Asset Management duties include performing Management and Occupancy reviews of Section 8 properties, contract renewals, rent adjustments, physical inspection follow-ups, and responding to tenant complaints.
Section 8 properties are government subsidized apartment buildings for low income tenants. We work mainly with owners and management agents with regards to the asset management tasks.
We currently perform these duties for the states of Pennsylvania and Michigan but will expand nationally to other states. Our current websites can be found at www.pamam.net or www.mmam.net.
