Describe who/what this design is about

This logo will be the identity of my new Brokerage. It will be used for all of my advertising, marketing and website creation. I need it to be modern and unique. There are hundreds of real estate companies and I need something to set my self apart. I will be focusing on residential real estate. I also have a stationary design project to accompany my logo design project.

What colors would you like?

Grey, blue, yellow, green, orange. Nothing to vibrant. I like warm colours. I don't require all of these colours. maybe two or three. I'm also open to your creativity

Do you have any additional suggestions or ideas?

I am here because I know nothing about design work and artistry!. So many people incorporate a house in some fashion, I am open to this but would also like to see a little more creativity. Use your own discretion in helping me create a logo. I'm sorry I cant be more particular but this just isn't my area of expertise. The winner will likely also be used to create signage, and flyer designs going forward.

One thing for sure is I would like the emphasis to be on Dewar Realty and not the Inc., Brokerage portion of the name. Everything must be included but Dewar Realty should stand out. I would also like there to be space for a photo on my business card.
