Describe who/what this design is about

We are looking for a visualization of our company's culture statement: Be Extraordinary

We have two sister companies, working out of the same offices:
Treasure Coast Irrigation & Landscape, LLC and Rood Landscape, LLC

The logo that we are looking for will be used internally as a visual reminder to all employees to work towards the company's culture statement.

We were thinking of simply using the initial "X" for this logo to represent the "Be Extraordinary" statement.

Possible usage of the logo:
- integration on poster within the office featuring cultural statement, truth statement and core values
- on key tags to be distributed to all employees
- other give-away items that can be used as reminders
