Logo for the Tenafly Business Improvement District
Tenafly Business Improvement District or Tenafly BID
Yes
This is a non-profit entity specifically established to manage the central business district in the Borough of Tenafly. The business district is located in an affluent suburb ten minutes from NYC. The Borough itself was incorporated over 100 years ago with its largest population being aged between 35 - 60. It has an idyllic location surrounded by greenery and historical charm. The main goals of the Tenafly BID are to streamline bureaucracy, advocate, market and create events specifically designed to increase foot traffic for the business district. It also is to promote cross marketing between the businesses as well as community spirit.
To get a better idea of what a BID, does please refer to the following sites: http://intownlivingston.com or goironbound.com.

The colors should have an historic yet current hue. I am looking for complimentary color combinations. Any gradation of the colors green and red, yellow and blue. The colors selected should portray, honesty, confidence and fun. Moreover I would also like to see color combinations blue and silver or blue and gold.

The Tenafly BID is public/private partnership and not a governemnt entity. The logo should reflect a business distict that is warm, welcoimng exciting and rememorable. Also, I'm not sure the right type of design, so I picked all the options that are available in my price range.
The logo should have Tenafly
Business Improvement District spelled out.
With regard to color combinations, I am not opposed to variations of the color combos that I have selected. This buisness community is seated in a welathy borough and it needs to not only attract its residents, but also those in surrounding areas and along those seated on the the major highways leading in and out of NYC. The logo shouldn't look industrialized or governmental.
Please don't incorporate the look of a long downtown street. The business district is made up of many different streets, shaped like a wagon wheel.
Thanks - can't wait to see the results!
