We are very knowledgeable about the process of notarizing documents accurately and understand the necessity for this. We are professionals and maintain a professional environment that allows the public to come in and sit down and discuss the document presented for notarization in a quiet place. Improper notarizations can be very costly and delay closing of escrow and transfer of title. If the recorders office rejects the document due to an inaccurate or incomplete notarization this can create a domino effect of problems. Our expertise and experience prevent this travesty. We travel to hospitals, care facilities to notarize for imobile parties as well as the jail to service the incarcerated when needed.

    I like the designs that use graphics to tell our story. The ink pen and text is nice. I am not excited over the building used to represent the center. I like staggered lettering.

    Do you think that this roof top fits any of the requirements I outlined for the project? It appears as though this is a "rubber stamped" template that you use to enter these contest. Where is the creativity? I don't see any. I could create this myself without thinking about it.
