We believe that being average is easy. Being excellent takes hard work, work that most are unwilling to do. Early mornings. Late night. Continuing when you want to quit. Pushing yourself to be the best you can possibly be in everything that you do.

What we have in mind is rather simple. We are picturing a skull (as detailed as possible) with the letters "F.O.E" on the forehead that look like they were carved into the bone. We would also like to use a small "x" instead of the periods in "F.O.E." again so that it looks carved into the skull as if with a knife or something. We would also at least like to consider glowing red eyes in the skull.
We're open to different layouts for the text but one possibility would be the text in a circular layout around the skull. We don't really have any preconceived ideas about the style (ie font) of the text as long as it's easily legible.
