The company helps businesses implement sustainability in a variety of ways whether it be energy usage, waste, supply chain, etc. The site will also be informational with sections on importance of these and other environmental related issues. The company will also be value driven itself by helping implement sustainability educational programs and projects in the community and in lower level education i.e. PK-8.
The name of the company came from the African Oxpecker bird. The bird forms a mutualistic relationship with larger mammals like zebras, hippos, rhinos by eating pest and parasites that cause harm to mammals. Idea is that Oxpecker helps remove unsustainable harmful practices from businesses, while also helping out the community.
Look up pictures of the bird. Cant decide how I want logo. which is why I'm here. Best I've thought of is Oxpecker with a beak coming off of the O to represent the bird (maybe even a little bird body attached to the O), then sustainable solutions written under it, and then the thumbnail type logo would be OSS with the bird beak on the O. I don't know I want y'all to be creative... other idea logo could be the O as explained before with body standing on the back of a zebra nonrealistic (like the Evernote elephant), then have Oxpecker sustainable solutions written under it. Obviously with pecker in the title I want to stay away from anything suggestive.
