Blue Mountain Horsehead Inn

Include this tagline in my logo.

Describe who/what this design is about

I want a logo slightly modern with a country twist. We live in Monticello, Utah. We are close to Monument Valley, Canyonlands National parks(arches, needles) and 10 minutes drive to the "blue mountain" with a horsehead shape in the trees of the mountain. Please look up my area to try to understand it. I would like to see a blue mountain, a horse or horsehead, maybe a butte or arch in the background with some modern country lettering for the words. I want horsehead inn to be more prominant and wouldnt mind blue mountain wrapping around the whole design. Need this to translate for clothing, stationary, and outside sign, and website.Good luck!
