COMPANY: Property Rivers is single owner (young tech guy bay area) of 10+ properties to rent.
OBJECTIVES: Logo will identify us as a reputable professional, contemporary company. We are small and will provide better service and a little more unique than larger companies and NOT slumlord.
PRODUCT: Great houses and condo's to rent in amazing condition and locations on west coast (california and Las Vegas). Lots of natural light, granite in kitchens, tiled floors well maintained...I use the web to manage properties, online portal for tenant service recording maintenance etc.
TARGET AUDIENCE: My customers/tenants are middle class working professionals in bay area and Las Vegas. Wanting to stay a LONG time in property and build relationship with landlord (I partner with tenants to make em feel like its their home with paint, occasional skylight and landscaping etc .

I'm not wanting a whimsical web2.0 bubble design, but I like their consumer and modern feel. I dont NOT want an old boring real estate look or the cheap feel of so many mortgage brokers. I wanna avoid attracting slum tenants and come across professional and personal. I have a black biz card with simple text and image of a kitchen from an interior design template right now..not ideal and excited to see designs..
