Describe who/what this design is about

This is for a real estate company that buys old houses and fixes them for resale. We also help people learn how to get out from under bad real estate situations. We don't want to be limited to houses, however, as we hope to one day invest in commercial as well. This will be a tough contest as house icons are not only overused in our industry, but would also be limiting for our industry which includes homes + commercial + land purchases. We want to represent professionalism and a company that lives by a code of trust, expertise, and community.

What colors would you like?

A happy, bright, but not neon green. I would like at least one, maybe two accent colors. Perhaps a blue? Like a dark navy or denim shade. The accent colors are flexible.

How many colors do you want in your design?

Do you have any additional suggestions or ideas?

I'm looking for something creative and innovative. I'm not saying house icons can't be used, but they would definitely need to be used in a new and creative way and not limiting our image.

Please try Serif fonts. Thanks! Also, I've been trying to leave star ratings; if your concept hasn't received a star, please experiment with different designs. If you have received a star or two, continue to experiment with similar designs (or new designs if you'd like, but please don't withdraw your star designs). Just throwing this out there: maybe a key as the negative space in the "R"? Or maybe a house in the negative space of a recycle symbol, or the recycle symbol as the negative space in an "R"? Maybe just some thoughts. I apologize for not giving individualized feedback yet. I will try to do that at some point tomorrow. Thanks for some fantastic designs already!

Also feel free to try logos that give a sense of community and togetherness or partnership or ideas of reusing/revitalizing/refreshing/ or even recycling. Just maybe some ideas to emphasize the Revitalized rather than the Realty. Thanks!

Please use green as the dominant color. The Blues and silvers are great accent colors. :)
