Include this tagline in my logo.

Describe who/what this design is about

Our company website can be found at www.buildrealty.net. We provide real estate brokerage services as well as hard money loans and real estate investor coaching.

We are presently moving into new office space and want our logo to reflect our design. The office space was inspired by this: http://officesnapshots.com/2012/12/10/inside-the-amazing-offices-of-ubiquitous/

We're looking for a rustic industrial feel to the logo, so it should be simple and SHOULD NOT contain a house, roof, etc. design (these are the opposite of what we want: https://www.google.com/search?q=real+estate+logo&espv=210&es_sm=93&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ei=9yD6UuiCG6TuyQGguYDwDg&ved=0CCYQsAQ&biw=1920&bih=995&dpr=1).

We are a company of young professionals who wear jeans to work every day. Our owner fancies us a tech startup, though we operate in a bricks and mortar business.

I'd be interested in seeing some designs incorporating an upside-down house, since we "flip" houses. We weren't initially looking for something like this, but it's different enough from most real estate companies to be interesting to at least see some of those designs.
