Include this tagline in my logo.

Describe who/what this design is about

Fast turnover of a property once a tenant moves out...speed. Our company targets reputable landlords...not slum lords. I have a number of competitors in the area and I am definitely not the cheapest option for landlords...but I am the best. My competitors do not have logos and are basically a guy with a set of tools. I want to set myself apart from them by building my image as a reputable business.

What colors would you like?

teal blue and black are what I have used in the past. I am open to other options. I am open to more than 2 colors also.

Do you have any additional suggestions or ideas?

I have used a picture of a teal door in the past. I am not tied to this though. I want something that will be easy to embroider on a shirt. It should fax clearly. It should look good in black and white also.
