Hi Aftermidnight, on #42 could you remove the end of the 'e' or change it. Also, colours are nice but too faded. Thanks

Hi Bazinga, the background colours are all too gothic, could you try softer tones or bright colours but no dark colours. Thanks

Hi Drisos, Could you try #36, 37 with a design more around or inside the 'P' only. Again, open to colours other than purple/green. Thanks!

Hi all, can we try a different approach - perhaps a coloured background, the word 'Poésie' and Home and Lifestyle under it. I'm open to some small design too instead of logotype only. Thanks again!

Hi again Differdesigns, Please note the accent goes on the 'e' not on the 'o'. Poésie. It's therefore pronounced 'po-aye-zi'. BTW i like the font in #9, could you also try a design in lower case. thx

Hi shopgirl, sorry you must be confused. My proposal is not 3 different logos for 1 storefront. Each submissions shows you what the logo looks like in full color, in single color, and in plain white or black. Good logos need to look good in multi-color and single-color formats, and experienced designers will show you what the design looks like in all of them. In other words, the logo on the left of each of my submissions is the full-color logo you're looking for. The 2 to the right of each of my submissions are its single-color form.

Hello Differdesigns, I don't mind seeing a logo with some design around it. Also i'd like to see some colour, no black and white. I'm not sure how your proposal of 3 logos would work for a store front. So could you try another angle with Poesie used just once. Thanks!

Hi Shopgirl, I love Anthropologie by the way. I go in just to be inspired sometimes. I did some design research and see that the companies you supplied as examples all feature a logotype only, with no mark. Is that what you're looking for? Thanks!

Hi all, many thanks for your efforts so far. Please note that I'm not looking for a tagline under the logo, so please remove 'a home and lifestyle store' from your drafts. Also, the design falls under the category 'home and garden' as there are no other options, but the store does not sell garden items, only home accessories (both new and vintage). One last thing, it would be good to see some new colours not just the purple/green combo which was one suggestion but I'm open to different colours as mentioned in the brief. For those who know the following brands, it may help in understanding the kind of design I'm looking for - Laura Ashley, Emma Bridgewater, Cath Kidston, Anthrolpologie, Flamant, Blanc d'Ivoire, Cologne & Cotton, ... Looking forward to seeing some exciting revisions!
