HEART-SAFE is an acronym for "Home Emergency Alerting and Response Technology - Survive A Fatal Event" (the full text could also appear in the logo unless it is too long). We are aiming to develop a technology to automatically detect a heart arrest and alarm citizen rescuers as well as the ambulance dispatch center, and are looking for a nice logo to capture this idea: something with a heart that is "safe" or protected by our technology by early detection of cardiac arrest and alarming of rescuers. The Logo might also contain an ECG trace or ambulance, or the chain of survival emphasising the part "early recognition and call for help" and/or incorporate a smart-watch (our technology makes use of signals derived from smart-watches) that perhaps sends some signal to activate the rescuers' response or something like that. But not sure whether this will make the logo look too crowded, so perhaps less is more? I am not particularly creative, so I hope you can help to bring over the essence: the heart is being protected by our initiative by early and automatic detection and alarming of rescuers.
