Woodland Lakes is a new, single family home community based 40 miles Northeast of Houston, TX. The community is adjacent to Lake Houston and has many tall trees, some of which we will preserve when developing the property. We will also reserve a natural area near the lake which may include amenities like a walking trail and/ or fishing access to the lake. The neighborhood is roughly 550 acres and will have houses from the $200,000 price range and up. The community will try to keep a very natural feel with stone walls/columns and lots of trees. We need a stylized version of the name and a small logo that can be placed beside the community name or by itself on columns, monuments, etc.
