  Draft #74 - you were quite original......perhaps not so busy, maybe more simple. What other designs can you do? Draft #78 – We like this logo very much. Would you please do another with all the windows the same size. Maybe one with big windows and one with small windows. Would you please have the word Apartments be justified below the Sterling Pointe, or in other words, stretched out to match the width of Sterling Pointe up above. The Tanveer – We like your logos. Adding the mountains made the logos to busy or complicated. Can you continue to work on more logos? Draft #47 – Can you increase the height of the word Apartments? We want the size of the window to line up more with the size of the wording.

  Many of your drafts continue to be very similar….We realize we’re an apartment complex, but what happens when you don’t include mountains, our initials, or apartments/clubhouses. Show us what you can do!! WE LIKE HAVING THE WORD APARTMENTS BELOW THE NAME STERLING POINTE, AND WE WANT IT TO BE THE SAME WIDTH AS THE NAME “STERLING POINTE” TAKES UP.

  Draft #4 - Perhaps the P in your logo needs a shadow line to match with what you've done with the S Draft #6 - Looking good....can you play with that design more? Draft #9 - Very Professional Looking......Now add more creativity while maintaining that level of professionalism. Draft #10 - You've incorporated the swoosh in 10, 11, 13, 15, 17, 18 and we like it....what can you do with mountains? We really like #10 and #11 can you continue to play with variations on the theme? Draft #23 - We like it.....give us some more of it! Draft #36 - You've got our attention, what else can you do?

  With 41 concepts submitted, 28 incorporate some form of a building, home, or clubhouse. Perhaps great minds think alike.....or perhaps the building, home/clubhouse idea is the 1st idea that comes to mind. Let's see what your tenth idea looks like instead of the 1st idea that comes to mind. I know you guys can do better than that.....let's be creative! We're looking for an award winning design, something that sticks with people! Perhaps incorporating the Rocky Mountains that sit just to the east of us might be better than the clubhouse/house approach. Perhaps incorporating both mountains and the clubhouse, or mountains and windows. We're open to new ideas...we're open to new approaches...heck, we're open to darn near anything that works! AFTER SEEING 41 DRAFTS - WE LIKE "STERLING POINTE APARTMENTS" - WE DON'T LIKE JUST "STERLING POINTE" WE DON'T MIND THE WHOLE CLUBHOUSE/HOUSE LOOK - HOWEVER NO TOWERS/HIGH RISES
