Logo for Electrolysis/Skincare Business
Brending Electrolysis
Beautiful. Lasting. Results.
No
This business is a cross between clinic and salon. Electrolysis is a scientific/clinical procedure that uses an electric current to permanently remove unwanted hair (like facial hair on women, or hair on moles, etc). The owner is a fashion conscious woman in her 60s who likes to travel and believes in helping people achieve their best skin. She has been at the top of her field for over 30 years.
Though this business is technically a "salon" that offers several services related to skin care, hair removal, and skin enhancement, we want the logo to convey both art and science - the beauty aspect and the clinical aspect - professionalism with an artistic, beautiful, inspirational touch.
Her clients range from men and women of all ages and ethnic backgrounds, so we want the logo to be slightly gender neutral if possible - but again, reflect the science and the art - timeless beauty.
Here is the website we are building that may give you a better sense of the services (the site is a work in progress, so not everything is in a final state):

We want to avoid pink and bold colors. We also want to avoid sage and mint green - colors typically associated with spas. This business is not a spa. Otherwise, we are open. Gray and Lavender and Gold were potentials (but actual Gold, not Yellow Gold, as a kind of accent). Black Lavender and Gray? Maybe Black on White with Gold or Silver? We'd love to see what you come up with to convey the aesthetic of the business.
not sure
We thought perhaps there was a way to incorporate lines that reflect the electric current used in electrolysis.
