Describe who/what this design is about

Attention getting and simple to connect with people's need for their construction projects. We help home owners and businesses rebuild after catastrophic events (floods & hurricanes), and we stick around to be their go-to service provider for their roofing, electrical, and HVAC needs ongoing. We are in 4 states currently (Texas, Louisiana, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina), and we have an aggressive growth plan. Emerge=It’s time to come back after the storm. We want to create an energizing, empathetic and trustworthy logo to connect with both those who have been negatively impacted by a storm as well as those who need our ongoing services.
