Logo for construction company
Norfir AS or maybe just and N
WWW.NORFIR.NO
No
The logo should show seriousness, we threat the customers well, and do everything by the building regulations. We make and follow contracts, specs and timelines.
When customers see the logo they should feel they work with a company that will be serious from beginning to completion of project. People that can be trusted. I have chosen blue/grey/black as color schemes, but if you feel like doing outside that, feel free, but stay away from orange, green and yellow. (all competing business in the area use these colors, especial green/orange, and people can't distinguish the cars from each other in the streets).
The company is named "Norfir AS" and we have an order portfolio that reflects work with concrete buildings, foundations, garden improvements and pavements with stone/bricks, and some excavation projects. We also do smaller building projects like terraces in wood etc. However designs elements of this should not be visible in the logo, like a brick background or the like. I just mentioning the spread in our projects. (We also have some employees that do other services in the maintenance business so I have chosen "abstract" further below).

Should be able to read the Norfir AS somewere, as the website that we are looking to make should be www.norfir.no
Thinking to make the background on the website with horizontal pin-stripes. and colorful garden images. We get a lot of garden images in the website so want to reduce the number of colors used. Should because of that stay simple.
We are not looking for hard, designs that might look like a heavy metal band, but it should be masculine and it should show a bit potent.
