This design is for a real estate business. We purchase affordable housing options (apartments and or single family homes) and retail shopping strips and rent them out. At times, we partner with investors who would like to earn an attractive return on their investment with a short turn around. We also own a property management company.

We chose the name Capstone because we believe it conveys the message of a solid or firm foundation/company.

The logo will be used on our business cards, letterhead, envelopes, powerpoint presentation, and website. It may be used on t-shirts in the future. PLEASE NOTE: We are not set on Capstone Real Estate Solutions needing to be in the logo in its entirety. Feel free to try Capstone by itself with Real Estate Solutions as a tag line OR just Capstone by itself.

Not sure about the color(s) but whatever we use needs to convey the message/impressions described above. We would like to have the option to use the logo in black and white so please keep that in mind.

    Hi Designers! A few of you have tried to incorporate real estate using the symbol of a house which we like the direction but it's important to understand we are trying to build relationships with investors and people in the real estate community. We're thinking the house symbol/icon is too limited for the broad real estate market we will be dealing in - strip malls, houses, apartment complexes, etc. Additionally, we want our investors to have confidence that their investment is going to increase in value when they partner with us. In a nutshell, we would love to see your designs that signify relationships and or rising investment values - a sophistication beyond just residential real estate offerings. Thank you again so very much for your time and efforts! p.s. so far we're liking the blue, gray, and or green colors - not red, orange. Kathryn

However, winner of the contest will have to send final files with each version separated hence, one file should only have one color version of the finalized logo.     Thanks for all of the submissions so far! We appreciate your time and efforts!! I'm making an effort to give everyone feedback so if you haven't heard from me yet, you will soon. I would LOVE to see some options where: 1) a stone or stones are incorporated into the icon OR 2) a stone or stones are somehow in the word or a letter or letters of 'Capstone'.
