Thank you in advance for your talent and focus on designing my logo! My business will be helping clients with designing workforce solution programs to manage and/or implement temporary labor strategies. I will also be able to look at existing programs already set up by my competition (I've worked for most of them) and recommend ways to optimize those programs, fix issues, make them work more efficiently, etc. These temp labor strategies involve the use of contractors, Independent Contractors, Crowd Sourcing, Cloud Sourcing, etc. Hence, that is why I am using your service to design my logo! Want to "walk the talk." The programs also include some type of labor mgmt. software to help mange the full lifecycle of onboarding, offboarding contractors and all that happens in between (risk mitigation, background checks, managing staffing agency performance to ensure high quality, etc.) I also have another twist; I am a Certified Reiki Master and want to introduce a way of implementing these solutions/strategies that aligns with Reiki tenants; balance, harmony, respecting each worker, empathy, etc. However my industry is also very hard driving, aggressive and competitive and may not be ready to fully embrace full on approach. So I need to introduce the "reiki" angle with subtly and imbed in my content. Is there a way we can design a logo and maybe a symbol that incorporates that approach with subtly? I don't want to get too "crunchy" in the approach. The final look has to be very sophisticated, simple, and emphasizes credibility, expertise, and authenticity. Which is basically how I work. I am very passionate about what I do; I am polished, have executive presence, but don't bullshit people and always execute. I tell the truth to my clients and my reputation and credibility are very important for me to maintain.
