This logo represents a company that empowers individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to grow and explore their maximum potential in life through providing meaningful, competitive employment and fostering community connection.

Neurodiverse Family Haven has built a network of inclusive worksites across the state of Alaska covering golf courses, restaurants, and carpentry. Additionally, it is building a program called E3: Equip, Empower, Explore that focuses on connection across generations to equip our younger generations in vocational and life skills through the knowledge and skills of older generations. Bottom line, our ability to provide meaningful employment to help individuals with special abilities thrive is only capped by our creativity and drive to empower them.

We do not want rainbows.

We work with adults and want it to be appropriate for adults, but also welcoming for all ages.
