Describe who/what this design is about

Persimmon Ridge Lodge is a great place to stay for the week or weekend. It is located on a golf course and would be great for golfers. Sleeps 20 but has large rooms for parties, family reunions, bachelorette party, etc. Superior place for the KY Derby stays, etc.

TN orange and white and black but would be willing to look at any color. The facility will have a lodge look to it but it is located on a golf course. Looking for people wanting a large place to party or just stay for the weekend. Great place for Derby guest as well as golfers, etc. Also great for families/friends attending any function in the Louisville area.
