This logo will be used for a new design of the website. Current website is: http://www.otsproperties.com/, but this will be going away and as you can see, there is not much design to it, so do not use it as a reference. But it does give you an idea of what they do and it will be expanded to include other services they offer.

They are looking for a basic logo with a tropical look and feel because they are located in the Florida Keys, which I believe mainly to be by the colors using blue and green. It should use their name and they would also like to keep the birds that they have in their current logo.

These are very similar, but shows that they are looking for something basic an clean.

The company offers property management, vacation rentals, real estate sales, community association management and home watch while you are away from your home (seasonal or while on vacation)
