Describe who/what this design is about

Ambroselli Properties is the parent company overseeing several residential and commercial properties. We are looking for a logo that is simple, professional, and easily recognizable to be used on letterhead, signage, uniforms, promotional handouts, etc. As as property management firm, it is imperative that our logo instills a sense of confidence, comfort, and security to our tenants and prospective tenants while maintaining an air of professionalism.

While we handle both residential and commercial property our primary focus is the residential side so don't be afraid to play off the house/home theme. We want to keep it simple, but also welcoming. The only thing we would really like to stay away from would be a "logo type."
