Describe who/what this design is about

The logo will represent the tradition of the Inupiat caring for their Elders. The image(s) will be integrated with the current logo for the Maniilaq Association which is the parent company. Maniilaq was a 19th century Eskimo that is revered here.

The image should be clean and convey the message of the Inupiat value of caring for Elders. Although these individuals are in a nursing home, they are not called patients but Elders as mentioned above. The facility is a beautiful, 3 year old structure 35 miles above the Arctic Circle. It is located in Kotzebue which is the largest village(3300 people) in an area the size of Indiana.
