The Best of Periscope

Logo is for a new media site, scopy.tv. This site will feature the best Periscope (app) feeds for users to follow. The site will contain video of the Periscope feeds.
Users should look at the logo and know that it is a video site. Since the featured app is Periscope, I would also look to somehow integrate a periscope (submarine style http://p1cdn4static.sharpschool.com/UserFiles/Servers/Server_20206535/Image/christensen/periscope%200.jpg http://ak2.picdn.net/shutterstock/videos/3633803/preview/stock-footage-submarine-periscope-appears-from-the-ocean.jpg ) into the logo. It does not need to look life like, but should be obvious what it is.
The logo can include the tagline or not. Ideally I'd like to see both, one with and one without.
