Describe who/what this design is about

Meraz Properties is a premium realty estate investment firm based in San Francisco, CA. We acquire and manage small but higher end/boutique luxury apartment mostly in downtown locations.

Most of our renters and young to middle aged professionals and our investors are high net worth professionals. We would like a logo/identity that reflects status with these individuals. We want a logo that that looks premium, luxurious, powerful and eye catchy.

I am open to ideas and suggestions. I do not want a “real estate” based imagery. I am open to a symbol or custom M but not required. I will leave that to designer’s expertise.

I would like to see more options of Meraz Properties next to each other as oppose to Meraz on top and properties at the bottom.

I am not looking for the typical real estate imagery logo. I'm looking for more of a law firm or clothing brand type logo. I have eliminated the ones the have a house because it looks too much like a residential agency logo. I like some of the ones some have made that has buildings but they also look to much like an office commercial. That's why I prefer no real estate based symbol. Unless it can be done in a way that it looks like apartments or if the buildings can resemble an M. Otherwise no symbol or a different type

I would like too see some designs just using "Meraz Properties" with no symbol. Also I would like to see the option of Black instead of blue. Thanks
