This logo will be for the NT Department of Health Library Service. The logo will need to suit a relatively conservative government organisation so it will need to be fairly simple, professional and discreet.
The text 'Library Services' should be more dominant, while 'NT Department of Health' can be more discreet or in background etc.
We offer information services, training, evidence based research support, IT support and much more. The majority of our collections and services are online/electronic so would prefer more focus on electronic media and computers rather than books, although books can still play a part in it.
Our clients are health professionals from all disciplines e.g. doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, policy writers, dentists etc.
The logo will be used across different media (e.g. website, brochures, email newsletters) and may be used on different coloured backgrounds.

We'd also like a grayscale or black and white option.
Prefer a more modern representation of a library, rather than a traditional 'person reading book' kind of logo.
We work in a medical environment but the logo doesn't have to have a medical / health emphasis.
