Describe who/what this design is about

Inspiration comes from my Black Lab, Bella! I like the word "Bell" because it signifies a call, communication, reminder, announcement. "Black" because companies want to be "in the black" and "black is beautiful". I like the "& Co" because it signifies collaboration and allows me to add employees as I go along.

I'd like logo that's in the shape of a black bell with maybe &Co as the bell clapper. Since this name is inspired by my black lab Bella, maybe the bell itself could hint at the silhouette of a labrador retriever's head? Or maybe the bell could be hanging from a lab's collar? Most of the logo size, I think, should be dedicated to the bell and it would be extremely cool to have a suggestion somewhere of a labrador which I could point out ONLY as deeper meaning to the logo.
