  Thank you for all of your hard work on this contest! We have enjoyed seeing wonderful work from such a talented group of designers. Unfortunately, the Project Holder has decided to withdraw this contest. This means that the PH will not be selecting a winner. To make up for this and reward your hard work, ZillionDesigns has selected an unofficial winner. We understand how much work you put into your designs, so we would like to award our unofficial winner for $50. This winner is creativelogodesigner! We would like to thank each and of you.   We have decided to focus ONLY on black and white designs right now, NO COLOR. Please submit only black and white designs.

  As you can probably see, the designs that are being favored are those which illustrate the concept of a district or an area, or those which depict a commercial real estate building in the design.

  Just so you know, this company does NOT provided financing for residential homes. So, any design that includes the image of a house will not be selected.

  In your submissions, please include an image that evokes some image of a commercial building...either an office building or apartment building.
