Describe who/what this design is about

This logo represents a cleaning company started by a single mom who values hard work, the value of a dollar, and military families. I want this logo to represent respect, hard work, a dash of femininity, and cleanliness.

Do you have any additional suggestions or ideas?

I would like it to have a tie-in/an ode to the "We Can Do It!" American WWII poster by J. Howard Miller. I have thought about adding a twist on the image to convey cleaning, but also thought about more simple designs that incorporate military stars. I also like the color scheme of that poster, which is blue, yellow, and a touch of red. I am open to lots of different ideas/variations of this concept.
