Mr 80 Dollar Carpet Cleaner

"$80 bucks is all it takes"

It will be a cartoon figure named Mr 80. I want his skin to be Royal Blue. I will like the 80 to become part of the body of the character. I want him to look fun and have a carpet cleaning wand (cleaning tool), coming from his hand. I want him to have Gray gloves on, Gray shoes, Gray shorts and shirts if needed. Make Him a Royal Blue character.
This character is for a new carpet cleaning company expected to compete with low cost carpet cleaners.
I will need all forms of files. PDF, AI, JPG, ................

Cleaning

Royal Blue and a medium to dark Gray. Not to dark on the gray to where you can't tell it's Gray.

    Hello everyone. I am looking for a cartoon looking character with Royal Blue skin. I want him holding a wand (carpet cleaning tool). 1 of you nailed it. The colors Royal Blue, Gray, and White. Those are the only colors. The company saying is, "$80 Bucks Is All It Takes" Hopefully this will provide a better outlook.

    Rendering #1 Thank You. 1. Please remove shadow from words. 2. Remove gloves and hat. 3. Make bald head. 4. I would like to see the guy Royal Blue like the letters. 5. Add Carpet Cleaning wand to his hands as in the one at carpetcleaningacademy.com on the logo.
