Describe who/what this design is about

Vesta Properties is a real estate investing company that buys, sells, and rents homes. We help distressed sellers by buying their properties, which we then fix up and either sell or rent. We offer rent to own options for homeowners not quite able to buy because of credit and/or financial issues.

The company name Vesta was chosen because Vesta is the virgin goddess of hearth, home and family in Roman religion.

Our logo should convey warmth, professionalism, and caring/compassion with sophistication.

What colors would you like?

We're open to colors as long as their warm, soft colors ---- for example light teals, light grays, light blues, blue-grays, etc. No pinks or reds, please.

How many colors do you want in your design?

Do you have any additional suggestions or ideas?

We'd like the logo to be feminine, but please do not use the color pink. We are open to the design type, but don't feel the logo type or Web 2.0 type design styles would translate well.

We would prefer a multiple color logo, so logo submissions should be at least two colors but no more than four. However, please design the logo so it also works well when color isn't an option.

Ideally, the design should be sophisticated without being too ornate/elaborate or too pretentious. We want it to feel warm and welcoming.

We are still undecided, but we may wish to have the text "Buy, Sell, Rent" as an element of the design --- not quite a tagline, but positioned in the logo as such.
