Markwell Homes & Renovations is a modern home & renovation business. The logo should try to portray a "Lifestyle feel" we want to use the colours in the example attached but are open to slight colour changes if it will make the logo look more modern.
The logo can include an icon but we would prefer a clean design with maybe a stylized "Markwell" but we will leave that up to the individual designs discression.
