Describe who/what this design is about

I am looking for a modern looking logo, that represents a professional company. I do not have anything particular in mind, although I do not want the classic, hammer or saw incorporated in the design, we specialize in new home framing and not finish carpentry.
I will try to respond as soon as designs start coming in so I can direct you as to what I like/would like changed.

Would like the silhouette of a house/cottage in background with the tree, preferably so that you can tell it is the frame of the house ex: http://www.statehomeimprovements.net/images/New%20Construction%20-%20Framing1.jpg http://in-dexconstruction.com/New%20Home%20Construction.png http://grantnewhomes.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/08/Trinity-Park.jpg would want just the silhouette, not an actual image Thank you

Also, after looking through many designs, im fairly sure that I do not want too much color, black, brown, grey's, earthtones , etc. Thanks, Caleb

A thought that I had would be maybe to incorporate a large pine tree in the design, but maybe then have a more rustic design to the logo. Thanks, Caleb
