"Keynote template" for a Real Estate teaching presentation

Property to Profits Presents "Get in the Game Real Estate Investing System".

I need a template that can be installed in the program "Keynote" (similar to power point). I want it to be in the same color scheme as my logo. I would need 5 design pages that I can add content to. 2 of those pages will need headers. All would have the same useable space for content, same color scheme, and design, but different layouts. This is for a Real Estate Seminar Presentation. Colors include pantone 270 (green), light blue, black, and white.
