#78 is really nice but it looks like two leaves... which would make us look too much like a company trying to look like we're saving the planet "green washing"! Although we are ecotouristic, we are also a cultural adventure company... how can we get rid of the leaves but keep the symbolism related to the scarab god of Khepri?

#64 looks very interesting because of the the double imagery: it looks like a "K" AND it can also kind of look like a scarab pushing up the sun like in ancient egypt (it is just sideways) and this is helped by the fact that the lines make it look a bit like the shell on the back of a scarab... very nice draft...

#54 look beautiful but it is like a flame/drop which is cool, but it is too much like an energy company... it might look better if it looked more natural/organic...

Hey guys, if we look at #35, #43, #48, #50 we seem the common thread of having the part of the letter K in the symbol... which is not a bad idea... but in all cases except #50, the logo looks very corporate. Although we DO want a clean professional looking logo, it doesn't have to look shiny/metallic with many corners... how can we make these look more organic without losing the professional feel?

#46 BIMPOP your design is the most organic-looking so far, since we do want something clean and corporate but not too shiny or technological... do you think you can make it easier to read Expeditions and maybe replace the red for another tone of blue?

Hi Jaggu, #46 is interesting, it seems organic and natural yet corporate and clean... Do you think you can change the Kepri font to make it look less "boring"? Plus the Expeditions font could be roughed up do you think? To contract between the two words since we'll be changing the word Expeditions to replace it with other products... and the Kepri would stay the same with the icon/symbol amongst the whole product line...

BIMPOP I like the effect you used for #41... it makes #31 look bad (which is why I eliminated it)... the dot on the i looks like it's dynamic and the icon too... but what would it symbolize? It looks like a cross-roads no?

maxmix i eliminated #38 and #37 since they looked like a flower... but #40 is interesting, what is it supposed to represent?

Hello InciseLogo, out of where would you put the kepri.com #30, #34, and #35? What does the symbol mean to you? It seams simply abstract, which is fine... but it also seems a bit generic... although I like the fact that it is simple, I feel like I have seen it before in another logo somewhere...

Hi BIMPOP, I had to eliminate #32 and #37 since there was no "Expeditions" or other product in the logo... which is something we will need... you're design #31 is interesting but the "Expeditions" looks a bit hard to read... maybe you can try to find a thicker font that is "roughed up" to contrast the clean "Kepri" font??

Hi lovatodesign, your #33 shows potential but the E from Expeditions would be replaced how when we use the other products (see brief)...?

Hi Arietta, your footstep logo/icon is interesting in design #29, I am just worried that it would not look serious enough...

Hi there InciseLogo: the #28 draft has a nice Kepri font but the Expeditions font is way too small (if the logo is seen from far you would just see Expeditions)...

Cromox, to make the "scarab" look less robotic or less scary you might want to round out some corners... to try to make it look more organic? Just an idea...

Hi Cromox, #24's insect-like scarab would scare our customers :) BUT the designs #24 and #25 are interesting, however I do find them a bit complex... would there be a way to simplify them? I would love to know that my client can easily draw my logo on a napkin...

Cromox, now that I think of it, the colours in your #16 design can work if we make a reference to the scarab's natural colours... do you think it is possible to adjust the triangle into a version of a scarab (without looking like a disgusting insect though)... the scarab could be leaving a mark ("positive impact") as it walks in the sand...
