Holistic Life and Fitness

art and science for your wellbeing

Yes

Holistic life and fitness is the premier wellness studio in the area. We focus upon the clients ENTIRE life style and their wellbeing not just their fitness level or mental state. To address each client we focus upon 6 foundations: Nutrition, Hydration, Sleep, Breathing, Thinking, and Movement (exercise). The focus upon these topics is taken from a eastern medical and belief view point. This is then mixed with the science from a western NSCA CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) scientific viewpoint for ultimate success with the client.

The majority of our clients come to us seeking:
-Weight Loss
-Increased Energy Levels
-Fitness Conditioning
-Pain Reduction
-Body Shaping
-Increased self worth

Often we are the last stop after people have visited traditional doctors and clinics.

We are open to any colors. This said one should possibly look at the Chakra color system and use a base color from the Chakra system as the root color and design a color scheme from there. We would prefer to use the green (heart chakra) color as a base color but are open to other ideas.

What is the symbol within the sun on #2? I am on a small screen device at the moment and can not see exactly what symbol it is.

Design #2 and #3. We like the overall concept but would like to integrate yin yang into the look somehow. Possibly the sun could be a gradient of the yin yang or something like this.

A note on #1, the Tomoe symbol is fine but we need to stick with the more traditional yin yang. This is because of the particular type of training which is more Chinese based. I believe the Tomoe symbol brings more of an Japanese or Korean element to the logo which is NOT desired.

Hi PH: #1 is the Tomoe symbol which means turning or circular energy. The tomoe is related to the yin yang symbol, and has a similar meaning, representing the play of forces in the cosmos.I wanted to do something a little different from the yin/yang! Hope you like.

Design #1 is a good start. It seems the background may be an attempt at yin/yang, but that is not the correct symbol. I do like the use of chakra colors in the balls and then surrounding the overall circle. It is my feeling that the text on top half of the circle needs some work to make each word stand out a bit more.
