Describe who/what this design is about

Background
Cash Cows & Stars Ltd. - Product Management Consultants is a start-up and needs to build its corporate identity from the scratch. The company proposition is directed specifically to small and medium businesses and offers product management and business development advice.

The logo/identity should reflect the idea of being clear, straightforward and easy-to-understand for SMEs that might not yet recognize the need of professional Product Management resource within their organizations.

The logo should convey professionalism, creativity and might allow references to Scotland (hence the idea of Highland cow as symbol - see attached pdf with some visuals).

1) The tagline: Product Management Consultants is not a must as it might seem too crowded in a logo. I would like to see projects WITHOUT the tag too. 2) I am also open to non-icon logos, based on wording Cash Cows & Stars, in which case the tagline included would look better.
