Positively ADHD!
Coaching You to Focus, Do & Achieve
Yes
Coaches help clients reach potential that the client would otherwise not be able to reach on their own.
I will partner with my clients to educate them about ADHD and help them discover strategies that allow them to move forward in life. This means changing habits of thought, getting organized, managing time, managing emotions, developing mindfulness, etc. My coaching style focuses on the client's natural strengths rather than weaknesses, slowly overcoming years of negative narrative.
The logo should convey the concept of getting a helping hand. A coach is a guide, not a dictator. I don't tell my clients how to "fix" their problems. Rather, I ask questions that enable them to identify solutions already inside of them. Sometimes, I offer strategies for approaching classic ADHD issues such as disorganization/clutter.

blue, green, orange?? It's tricky... I think I want to convey the competing concepts of "calm" and "action". People with ADHD need to calm the mind-storm but also know they can control their behaviors in ways that allow them to take action.
Conceptually, I like the idea of a coach at the top of a flight of stairs, reaching down and helping the client to climb up the stairs.
Anything that conveys the coach as guide could work. That said, I think a lantern in the dark would be trite.
