Describe who/what this design is about

This is a very high end new home construction company. The homes we build range from 1million to 10 million dollars. The goal for this logo is to be very classy and have a transitional feel. We are not trying to use cursive writing all over for a masquerade ball invitation feel. We want to show that we have a traditional skill set in building a home but we use a new age approach with technology and customer service. (The logo needs to flow very well.)
