This is a real estate brokerage company that is "all-encompassing". In addition to managing the transaction, we can also help you move, pack, fix things around the house, WHATEVER YOU NEED. It's a one-stop shop so that sellers of real estate don't get overwhelmed with the prospect of selling their homes. Instead of calling 10 different people for 10 different things, we will be the ONE POINT OF CONTACT over the course of the transaction. It will predominantly be marketed to people who have been in their homes for a long time...senior citizens mostly.

I'd like to pay a very subtle tribute to my former business partner who's initials were PA. IF POSSIBLE, differentiate the PA in "encompass" in such a way that it would not stick out too much, but just enough for me to notice. Not mandatory, but something that just came to mind.
