I don't think so he will provide you vector files. I am sure, the designer made the draft # 78 in photoshop.

I have tried to send a message to the project designer. I have asked for number 78 for the T in CrossFit to be bolder in color. As soon as that's complete I will be done with my selection. Someone please respond
