Most of the home builders tends to be conservative and keep the 'old fashion' projects.
Ageforma is a familiar business, created to offer an interesting investment option for the shareholders, at the same time it foments the real estate industry with youthful, innovative, and modern projects.
We've been operating for 6 years. Since the beginning we've been focused on residential projects for sale (buying the plot land, defining the conceptual project and executing the construction). For the mid-term we have plans to build business rooms for selling, or even keep some properties for rentals. We have 4 projects, to deliver 12 residential units. Out of this total, 3 already delivered.
Our intention is: the moment our target customer decides to move to a new home, they see a modern project and wonder "what is this company?" "who they are"? Who is doing that? Who owns this plot land and that construction? If I sign a contract, who is selling? Who would be my counterpart?
Thus we need to define a brand to be our visual identity. Something strong that we could use to print on the signs on each construction, use for internet domain (for an institutional website, e-mail address, social networks) and business cards. We also need to avoid relate the logo to something that could limit only to residential or only to business properties. By now we're focused on residential, but we have plans for business room, business centers, etc, and not only for selling, also for rentals.

We're open to suggestions, no restrictions at all. Usually contrasting color looks good such as: - 3 colors: Silver/Gray + Red + White or Black - 2 colors: Dark Grey or Black + Orange or Light Green
