LAV Cap is a small business that does a bunch of things in the real estate arena. Mainly, LAV Cap will manage properties for owners of apartments by helping to maintain tenant relations and LAV Cap will also have their own properties (apartments) that they will rent out to tenants. LAV is an abrevation for lavendar, and while we don't want the logo to feature a tie-in to the lavendar flower, our company colors will be white and lavendar.
